Our mission is to enhance the mental safety and accessibility of public spaces. We work alongside our partners to tailor strategies that
maximize the socio-emotional accessibility of their space.
Staffing
We staff Active Listeners who host our signature "Held Spaces" at your event, creating space for your staff, volunteers, & attendees to decompress as needed.
Training
Our Team uses a Peer-Based Lens to train in Mindful De-Escalation, Intro to Active Listening, and Front-Of-House Skills for your staff & volunteers.
